The Flex’nStretch class is designed to help and guide women to move purposefully in pregnancy and towards the goal of a smoother labor and birth.
In class we focus on joint flexibilty, general stamina and getting you familiar with “labor moves”. Not only to smoothen the pathway but also to help your baby to an optimal position in the pelvis.
You will receive a program to continue the exercises at home. We welcome everyone, whether you are new to or familiar with working out.
You can attend as many classes as you like, and as early in your pregnancy as it suits you.
