The Cesarean Group will be a monthly meeting on the 3rd Wednesday from 6:30pm-8:30pm. We will provide a supportive environment for birth processing, information gathering and support. We also support the VBAC Education Project and will be able to work through the information therein. Lap babies welcome but we prefer childcare for toddlers so that attention be fully focused on you. No need to formally register for this group.

This postpartum recovery and re-intro to fitness class is an 8 class series over 4 weeks taught by Coach Erin Clark
Your body has done an incredible job of growing a life for 9 months. You’ve given birth, taken time to rest and bond with your little one, and now you’re thinking about getting back into working out. Before you head out for that run, or start heavy lifting in CrossFit again come hang out with BIRTHFIT for an 8 class, 4 week series to re-establish your core and wake up your posterior chain. This series will encourage continued healing after birth and set up a solid foundation for getting back into your workout routine. The best part is, you’ll be with other moms who are going through the same thing as you. Non-mobile babies are welcome to join. Cost for the series is $175, unless otherwise noted.

A one-day childbirth class taught using Lamaze International’s Six Health Birth Practices taught by a Lamaze Certified Childbirth instructor. The course will cover anatomy and physiology, the stages and phases of labor, comfort measures, pain medication options and other interventions, and postpartum care of mother and baby. The focus is on evidence-based care and provides practical tips for couples to manage either medicated or unmedicated childbirth.
"Coffee & Cuties" is a monthly Café event hosted by doulas/ midwives/ lactation Consultants at Dallas Birth Center on the first Thursday of each month from 11am - 1pm.
Connecting Moms with babies to our village of support - or the opportunity to create your own Village of Support to go do mom&baby-stuff together.
Enjoy a nice cup coffee or tea with snacks while telling us your birth story. If you had a doula supporting you at your birth, bring her too - she's a part of your story. We can't wait to hear it! To see you (again) and meet your precious baby.

The Flex’nStretch class is designed to help and guide women to move purposefully in pregnancy and towards the goal of a smoother labor and birth.
In class we focus on joint flexibilty, general stamina and getting you familiar with “labor moves”. Not only to smoothen the pathway but also to help your baby to an optimal position in the pelvis.
You will receive a program to continue the exercises at home. We welcome everyone, whether you are new to or familiar with working out.
You can attend as many classes as you like, and as early in your pregnancy as it suits you.

Join us for a November series on mindfulness, mantras, meditiation and more. As November is usually a month of gratitude and giving, take this hour to nourish your soul and spirit.
All women are welcomed to join us. Bring a yoga mat if you have it. You can register and pay online via the eventbrite link below. $15 for pre-registartion $20 at the door.
Our Sunday, November 12th class will have a mala bracelet workshop before hand from 2:30-4pm. We will discuss the use of essential oil for emotional and physical support, make a mala bracelet and attendace and cost of the class will also cover your spot for the MAMASTE class if you like to join.
